RISK DISCLOSURE

Risk Disclosure

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Using Reactor and trading in financial markets involve a significant risk of loss.

Trading stocks, digital assets, forex, futures, options and other financial instruments may result in the partial or total loss of the capital allocated to trading. With leveraged products, losses may in some cases exceed the amount deposited.

Do not trade a financial product unless you understand its characteristics and the risks involved.

1. Reactor is a software tool

Reactor is a software tool for analyzing information, displaying data, running artificial intelligence models, creating automations and carrying out actions according to the settings and permissions the user chooses.

Reactor and CODEOJO INC. do not hold a license for investment advice, investment marketing or portfolio management.

Information, analyses, alerts, AI model responses, Agent results and other outputs produced through Reactor are not a promise of any result and are not a substitute for professional advice from an appropriately licensed person.

2. User control and operating modes

The user chooses which accounts to connect to Reactor, which permissions to grant, which rules and limits to set, and which operating mode to use.

Depending on the user's settings, Reactor may:

  • display information or analysis only;
  • suggest an action that requires the user's approval;
  • or allow actions to be carried out automatically, without separate approval before each action.

When the user selects an automatic mode, an Agent or another Reactor mechanism may make decisions and create or send actions within the scope, permissions and limits defined for it.

The user is responsible for choosing the operating mode, for the risk settings, for the permissions granted and for monitoring account activity.

3. Market and execution risks

Asset prices can change quickly due to volatility, leverage, liquidity, news and market events.

Price gaps, slippage, trading halts, lack of liquidity or extreme market conditions may result in:

  • execution at a price different from the intended price;
  • partial execution;
  • delayed execution;
  • or an order not being executed.

A stop order or any other protective mechanism does not guarantee an exit at the set price.

4. Automation, data and technology risks

Reactor relies on software, servers, internet connections, data sources and the APIs of brokers, exchanges and third-party providers.

A malfunction, delay, disconnection, missing or incorrect data, outdated information, a change in a third-party interface, or a lack of synchronization between Reactor and the broker may affect analyses and actions.

As a result, an action may not be sent, may be sent late, may be sent more than once, may be partially executed, or may be based on information that no longer reflects the state of the account or the market.

Do not rely on Reactor as the only way to monitor a trading account.

5. Limitations of artificial intelligence

AI models can make mistakes, misinterpret information, reach incorrect conclusions, miss relevant information, or rely on partial or outdated information.

AI output is not certain information.

Before activating an Agent or automation, the user should review the Agent's purpose, the instructions it was given, its permissions and the appropriate risk limits.

6. Past performance, simulations and tests

Past performance, backtests, simulations, paper trading, forward tests, examples and results shown on the site or in the service do not guarantee or predict future results.

Simulated results may not fully reflect fees, slippage, liquidity, execution times, data availability and real market conditions.

7. Brokers, exchanges and third-party providers

The user's funds and assets are held by the broker, exchange or service provider the user chose, not by Reactor.

Reactor is not a custodian and is not a party to the agreement between the user and the broker or exchange.

Use of third-party services is subject to those providers' terms, fees, limits, licensing, policies and availability.

The user is responsible for making sure that the account, the financial product and the service they use are permitted and suitable for them under the law that applies to them.

8. Risk management

The user should understand the characteristics of the assets and instruments they trade, set appropriate risk limits, and monitor the activity of the account and the system.

Anyone unsure whether trading, a strategy or a financial product suits their situation should consider professional advice from an appropriately licensed person.

9. Limits of risk-management tools

Stop losses, loss limits, Risk Managers, approval mechanisms, Agent limits and other protective measures in Reactor are designed to help manage activity, but they do not guarantee that losses will be prevented.

Market conditions, slippage, liquidity, malfunctions, delays or other factors may prevent a risk mechanism from acting at the intended time or price.
