Straight answers about what Reactor does, how it handles your accounts and risk, and how the plans work.

ABOUT REACTOR

What is Reactor?+

Reactor is an AI operating system for active trading. It connects your trading accounts, gives you one place to see and manage balances, positions and orders, lets you research and analyze with AI on live market and account data, and runs Agents that monitor markets and run workflows on a schedule.

Is Reactor a trading bot?+

No. A bot runs one fixed strategy, blindly. Reactor is a system you work with: rule-based components watch markets, positions and orders continuously, and AI reasoning is called in when there's a real signal to evaluate. You decide what runs automatically, what waits for your approval, and what you do by hand.

Who is Reactor for?+

Active traders who manage real positions — often across more than one venue — and want structure: research, execution and risk in one system. It's not for anyone looking for guaranteed returns or a set-and-forget money machine.

Does Reactor promise profits?+

No. Reactor is trading software. It does not provide investment advice and does not promise returns. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and every decision — and its result — remains yours.

Who builds Reactor?+

Reactor is built by TradeStudio, the team behind the TradeStudio trading system and community.

TRADING & CONTROL

Can Reactor trade without me?+

Only if you let it. On plans that include automation, Agents can run workflows on their own. In approval mode, Agents propose and nothing is sent until you confirm. And whenever an account is connected, you can always trade manually.

What are Agents?+

Agents are automated workers you set up inside Reactor. They monitor markets, run research, watch for conditions and run workflows on a schedule — while you're away. How many you can run, and how often, depends on your plan.

How does Reactor handle risk?+

Reactor runs on fixed trading rules: protected entries, risk-first position sizing, defined exits, stops that only move in one direction, and bounded total risk. The rules apply before an order goes out — not after.

What is the eight-stage loop?+

It's how Reactor covers the full life of a trade: Market State → Discovery → Hypothesis → Qualification → Logic Flow → Execution → Measurement → Risk Management & Order Tracking.

Can I use Reactor without connecting a trading account?+

Yes. You can use Reactor for research and analysis and update your holdings manually. Sending orders, risk checks against your account and live account data require a connected account.

ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

Which exchanges and brokers are supported?+

Bybit, MEXC, Alpaca and OANDA. Options through tastytrade are in beta: option chains, research and analysis are live; order execution is coming next.

Does Reactor hold my money?+

No. Your funds stay in your own account at your exchange or broker. Reactor connects through the venue's API to read your account data and send the orders you or your Agents authorize.

What API permissions should I give?+

Create API keys with trading permissions only and withdrawals disabled. Reactor does not need withdrawal access.

Can I connect more than one account?+

Yes. You can manage several accounts, across venues, from one place. The number of connected accounts depends on your plan.

PLANS & BILLING

What's the difference between Pilot and AutoPilot?+

Both run Agents. Pilot is built around your own trading: a dashboard across your accounts, AI research and analysis, and up to 4 Agents running as often as every 30 minutes. AutoPilot is built for continuous automation: up to 12 Agents, automation as often as every minute, and strategy, execution and risk workflows. The Pro versions add accounts, Agents and depth.

How does Pay As You Go work?+

It's a prepaid, one-time purchase with a $49 minimum. Usage is deducted from your balance, with no monthly reset. When the balance runs out, you top up.

Can I start right away?+

Yes. Every paid plan can be purchased and used immediately — no call required. If you'd like to see Reactor first, book a live demo.

FREEMIUM

Is there a free plan?+

Freemium is an invitation-only test group, not an open free plan. Selected traders get 60 days of the real Reactor in exchange for structured feedback.

How do I join the test group?+

Fill in the application. We review every application; if there's a fit, we schedule a first meeting, followed by onboarding and access. Places are limited.

What's included in Freemium?+

Up to 2 connected trading accounts, up to 2 active Agents, automation as often as once per hour, a limited AI allowance, and 60 days of access.

What happens when the AI allowance or the 60 days run out?+

If the AI allowance is used up first, AI features stop — but manual Reactor access continues until day 60. After 60 days, Freemium ends and you choose a paid plan or Pay As You Go.

GETTING STARTED & SUPPORT

How do I get started?+

Choose a plan, connect your trading account, and start. Step-by-step guides are waiting in the Member Academy. Prefer a walkthrough first? Book a live demo.

Does Reactor work with Telegram?+

Yes, in every plan. Create your own Telegram bot and connect it to Reactor. The conversation is complete, just like Reactor Chat: Reactor sends you results, reports and alerts, answers your questions, and you can run it remotely without opening the app.

Is there training?+

Yes. The Member Academy has step-by-step guides, how-to videos and training for active users. Freemium participants also get a structured onboarding session.

Which languages do you support?+

Onboarding and support are available in English and Hebrew.
