ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 6, 2026
We want the Reactor website and service to be convenient and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.
We work to improve the site's accessibility and to meet the accessibility requirements that apply to us under the law.
Accessibility features
The site was designed with recognized accessibility principles in mind. Among other things, we work to support:
- a clear, hierarchical heading structure;
- keyboard navigation;
- clear indication of interactive elements;
- alternative text for relevant images;
- clear labels on form fields;
- adequate contrast between text and background;
- layouts that adapt to different screens and sizes;
- the ability to zoom;
- and the correct text direction in Hebrew and English.
This list describes the site's accessibility goals and is not in itself a commitment that every component or external service meets every requirement in every situation.
Third-party services and content
Parts of the service may rely on third-party systems, components or sites, such as payment, sign-in, broker or other external providers.
The accessibility of systems outside our control also depends on the provider that operates them.
Known limitations
We work to find and fix accessibility issues on an ongoing basis.
As of the last update:
On October 6, 2026 we checked every public page of the site, in English and Hebrew, with an automated tool (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 levels A and AA). Issues found in an external review on the same day were fixed, including the "skip to content" link, required choices in forms, inactive filters on the Resources page and colour contrast. Known limitations: (1) groups of choices in forms, such as markets or venues, have a visible heading but are not yet marked up as a single grouped field for screen readers; (2) the plan comparison on the Plans page is a visual layout rather than a data table, and each plan also has its own page with its details in text; (3) the cookie notice uses a third-party component that screen readers may announce as a dialog; (4) a full manual review with screen readers and keyboard-only use has not yet been completed. We are working on these items.
If you come across a component that is not accessible, please let us know and we will try to provide an accessible alternative where possible.
